RETURN POLICY

At Nuluphu, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for customers in the United States.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unlit
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Used or lit sky lanterns
• Gift cards

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at skylantern@nuluphu.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, Nuluphu will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you would like a replacement item, please contact us first. Once the returned item is approved and received, we will process the replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your payment provider or financial institution to process and post the refund.
