Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• Guam

• U.S. Virgin Islands

• Northern Mariana Islands

• American Samoa

• APO/FPO/DPO addresses

• International destinations

Any additional shipping restrictions will be clearly stated on our website where applicable.

Shipping Fees

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

There are no standard shipping charges for eligible orders unless otherwise clearly disclosed before checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our typical shipping timeline is:

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days

• Shipping Transit: 3–7 business days

• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination, package size, availability, and other logistical considerations, orders may be delivered by carriers such as:

• FedEx

• USPS

• Other qualified shipping providers

Please do not send returns to this address without first contacting our customer support team and receiving return authorization and instructions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours after shipment to become active in the carrier's system.

For orders containing multiple items, products may occasionally be shipped separately. When applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your:

• Recipient name

• Street address

• Apartment or unit number, if applicable

• City

• State

• ZIP code

• Telephone number

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping or return shipping costs may apply.

Where applicable, these costs may be deducted from an eligible refund or may need to be paid before reshipment.

P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please provide a valid physical street address where the applicable shipping carrier can complete delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or is significantly delayed during transit, please contact us at:

We will assist you in reviewing the tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Customers may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary for a carrier investigation.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery so that we can investigate the issue promptly.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

The 7-day notification recommendation for shipping damage does not limit any rights you may have under our 30-day Return & Refund Policy or applicable law.

Tracking Shows Delivered but Package Is Missing

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around the delivery location and with other household members.

2. Check with neighbors, building management, or reception where applicable.

3. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

4. Contact Nuluphu if the issue remains unresolved.

We will assist you in reviewing the available shipping information and determining the appropriate next steps.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to shipping damage, a defective product, or an error made by Nuluphu, applicable return shipping or carrier charges may be deducted from an eligible refund where permitted.

Local Shipping and Product Restrictions

Laws and regulations concerning wish lanterns and similar products may vary by state, county, municipality, and other local jurisdiction.

Customers should check applicable local requirements before purchasing or using the product.

If we determine that we cannot fulfill or deliver an order because of an applicable legal, regulatory, or carrier restriction, we may cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund for amounts paid for the canceled item.

Nothing on our website represents that a particular product may legally be used in every jurisdiction.

Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor disruptions, public emergencies, or carrier service interruptions.

When such circumstances occur, delivery estimates may be extended.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with affected orders.
